A2:Different item MOQ is diffferent,normally our MOQ is 1000pcs.   

 

Q3: How long about the delivery time after I place an order?  

A3: It's depends on your quantity of the goods,if for the MOQ it's 15-25 days.   

 

Q4: Could I use my own logo or design the items or package?  Yes, customized logo and design on mass production are available,we also have professional designer to do the artwork with your logo.     

 

Q5: Can I choose the colors?  

A5: Yes, we have several colors optional for each item and OEM color is available on mass production.   

 

Q6: What is delivery time?  

A6: Prompt delivery normally for sample orders and 15-25 days for mass production.   

 

Q7: What is payment?  

A7: T/T, Western Union, Paypal , etc.     .  

 

Q8:Do you have special service?

If you don't arranage inspection after the goods ready,our company will do inspection and send you inspection report before delivery.If the goods have problem,we will do reworking.  

 

Q9:If you can arrange ship them directly to Amazon warehouse?  

Yes, we have a lot of customer are Amazon seller, so it will be no problem we arrange goods to AMAZON directly including the UPC code and FBA lable.   

 

Q10: May I visit your factory and office?

Sure, you are always welcomed! We will pick you up at the airport and station.
